Distinguished Member Award
Objective:
To identify and honor outstanding members of NDHIMA for their loyal service to the Association and for their contributions to the profession.
Eligibility:
1. Nominees must be an Active member in good standing of both NDHIMA and AHIMA.
2. Nominees must have served on the Board of Directors.
3. Nominees must be a member of NDHIMA for at least 5 years.
Selection:
The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the selection of the award recipient. There may be none or no more than one recipient in any year.
Presentation:
The award will be presented to the recipient by the NDHIMA President at the Fall Conference.
